Terms and Conditions

Prices are per person, land only and based on double occupancy.  Single supplement will apply. All of our shared accommodations are based on no smoking policy in the rooms. 

Prices are LAND-ONLY and are correct at the time of the website and brochure going live, however prices are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.  All tour information is correct at time of trips going live, however prices and itineraries are subject to change, please confirm all details and final cost at time of booking. Special conditions may apply to the prices set out on the website. To determine such conditions, you must contact us.

The prices set out on the website do not include taxes , airport charges and transfers unless specified in the itinerary.  Taxes, airport charges and any additional costs will be advised to you at the time of the booking. 

 

Flights:

All flights can be booked by Flight Centre Danforth agents. Please call Flight Centre Danforth at 416 405 9950.

It is your responsibility to confirm your flight departure times at least 24 hours prior to departure. Some airlines will have schedule changes and your flight time may differ to what is stated on your Itinerary. We recommend that you reconfirm your onward and return flights with your carrier at least 24 – 48 hours prior to each journey either by phone or on-line.

A Perfect Tour / Flight Centre is not responsible for schedule changes.

Insurance:

All insurance can be arranged by Flight Centre Danforth.  Please call Flight Centre Danforth at 416-405-9950.   Please note, many of the problems for which we cannot be held responsible for can be insured against. We highly recommend that you take out insurance to provide adequate coverage for medical expenses, personal accident, loss of baggage and curtailment or cancellation of trip. Individuals are responsible to finance on the spot medical treatment and other contingencies, and then to reclaim this from insurance, if covered. You will be required to provide documentation to the insurance company to facilitate a claim. Please note that there are exclusions to coverage of insurance. It is your responsibility to be familiar with the insurance coverage purchased and ensure that the coverage meets your travel needs.  Insurance has be purchased and paid for in full as soon as the booking is made to become fully effective.
